Holiday Inn Express Glenrothes Reviews

Denise,

Liverpool

We stayed at Glenrothes overnight on our journey from Liverpool to St Andrews university open day. From the moment we arrived at 10pm we were made to feel very welcome by the night staff.

Our room was fab... spotlessly clean and comfortable.

We were surprised to find that a fantastic choice of breakfasts were included in the already excellent price. It set us up for the day ahead.

Paul,

Wookey

Stayed here on the 16th September for an overnight stay, plenty of free parking, easy to check in, room very good size and clean, plenty of plug sockets and easy to get onto Wifi.

Staff very helpful which is always good. Breakfast is included so good start for the day ahead.

Would I stay again Yes i would.

John,

Lanark

One night stop over while visiting Burntisland, Crail, Anstruther and St Andrews. This hotel is 30 minutes away from all of them so ideally placed. Nothing fancy but clean and tidy and a decent breakfast in the morning. Nice courteous Staff too, would recommend.

This Holiday Inn Express is so much different to the larger ones we've stayed in, usually near airports.

It's a small hotel so the staff seem a little more friendly and have the time to attend to your needs. The complementary breakfast is superb.

Our room (225) had a huge double bed and was spotless. The shower was amazing! The room was heated by a simple radiator with a thermostat on top, very easy to use unlike some at other hotels we've used.

It's in a great location, very easy to get to Edinburgh and surrounding locations.

Shannon,

Aberdeen

This hotel is perfect for short stays. Rooms are basic but are more than adequate and are clean. Everything we needed was there and for just over £50 a night with breakfast included, I would say it's good value. Buffet style breakfast is available. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and just over 1 mile away to the nearest shopping centre.

Brian,

Glasgow

Just arrived home from a stay at this hotel. Booked 4 rooms for a family wedding which where all really good, comfortable and very clean. The main thing we spoke about that really made our full weekend even including people at the wedding we attended was the staff. This hotel is run by a team of staff who go above and beyond. The member of staff on reception (Louise) was out of this world. The level of customer service provided from the moment we arrived was one of the best any of us had received ever. Nothing was a problem. Knew we had a wedding to attend so took it upon her self to pre warn the taxi company our requirements to speed up the process for a mini bus taxi. As a group we wanted to sit together prior to going to the wedding and have something to eat when we arrived to meet at reception Louise had set out a big table for us with glasses and jugs of iced water. Simple things like this just made us feel really welcome. There was loads more things but the fact is this hotel has amazing staff who clearly know their stuff. Please pass on all our thanks to the team especially Louise. Well done I am still buzzing about your customer service. Definitely deserve some sort of reward. Breakfast in the morning was good and ample for a basic breakfast offering with nice coffee. Managed to get late checkout that makes the normal morning rush from a hotel actually enjoyable and chilled. Thanks for a lovely stay will be back!!
